Your packs ALLURE.

Packs are one-time purchases. Prices and the number of try-ons are shown on the Pricing page. They do not renew automatically. One credit covers one complete try-on, whichever method you choose.

Purchased try-ons belong to your account and roll over. The two free try-ons at the start of each month do not roll over. Results are simulations: they do not guarantee size, fit or product availability.

Credits are added after Stripe confirms payment. A technical failure does not use your try-on credit. For a faulty result, refund request or account closure, contact Thibaud@CremaLab.fr. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Referrals: a friend creates and verifies a new account using the referrer's personal link. The friend receives 4 welcome try-ons; the referrer receives 2 on verification, then 4 after the first paid pack is confirmed by Stripe. Both accounts must be verified. One welcome reward per internet connection, and up to 5 sign-up rewards per referrer per month. Later purchases by the same friend do not grant another 4-try-on reward. Test payments remain separate from live payments. A refund or dispute removes the related reward; rewards already used are offset against future purchase rewards. Studio protections may pause try-ons if requests are excessive.

The current launch is a demonstration. When Stripe shows test mode, no real payment is taken. The seller's legal details and final terms must be completed before live payments open to the public.
