THE ALLURE GUIDE · BY CREMALAB
Try on clothes using your photo:
a practical guide.
A party dress, a work blazer or trousers in a new style: virtual try-on helps you picture the look before ordering. With ALLURE, start with your photo and a garment you found online. No app installation needed.
Try my first outfit for free ↗1. Choose a clear photo of yourself
Choose natural light, a sharp image and a simple pose. For a full outfit, show your whole body, including your feet. For a shirt or blazer, your torso and arms should be visible. Avoid objects covering the garment, cluttered mirror shots and filters that change your body shape.
A seated photo can work: your pose is the reference. Folds and hidden areas are harder to reproduce, however. A standing photo makes a full outfit easier to compare.
2. Provide a clear garment reference
A complete, well-lit front view shows the cut, fabric and colour most clearly. If the shop offers several photos, choose the one that shows the garment best. A photo of the garment alone avoids confusion with the model's pose.
Paste a product link into ALLURE and choose the image to try on. Some shops block automatic imports; if so, upload a garment photo directly. If part of the garment is cropped out, AI imagines the missing portion, which may not match the actual product.
3. Choose what you want to change
Choose “Top” for a jumper, shirt or jacket; “Bottom” for trousers or a skirt; “Full outfit” for a dress, jumpsuit or matching set. To explore an idea without a specific product, describe the cut and colour in “An idea with AI” mode.
4. Compare before you buy
Save the results you like in your account. Organise favourites, plan purchases or upcoming outings, then ask a friend for their opinion using the downloaded photo or your phone's sharing apps. Your saved shop link takes you back to the garment when you are ready to order.
What virtual try-on cannot check
An AI image does not guarantee size, comfort or actual fit. It may change some facial, garment or background details despite instructions to preserve your appearance. Use it to compare styles, then check the measurements, fabric composition and return policy on the product page.
How much does a try-on cost?
Your first try-on is free, with no account needed. After verifying your account, you receive two free try-ons per month. For more outfits, choose a pack: view current prices. Keeping and organising a saved outfit does not use a try-on credit.
